What is a facilities managed service?

A facilities managed (FM) service is for organisations without their own SUN. Practically what this means is you can take Direct Debits from your customers through a third-party who collect and manage Direct Debits on your behalf. 

Your name appears on your customers’ bank statements, which means fewer cancellations and payments queries, but also means your brand is more recognisable and credible to your customers.

For businesses using a facilities managed service, it means that the Bacs process is managed entirely for you. You just simply need to send us your data and we complete the submission for you. You can access Bacs reports at anytime to see successful payments, cancellations and failures.
