High Value Transactions: 

Our standard cap for payments is £5,000 per payer per month. However, please note that this limit can be adjusted based on your specific requirements. If you are interested in our Facilities Managed service, we will carefully assess any limits exceeding £5,000 per payer per month on an individual basis. Furthermore, if you have your own SUN (Service User Number), there is no limit to the collection values you can have. 

There is a maximum limit of £1 million that can be processed in a single Direct Debit transaction.
