Head of Compliance & MLROCaroline Brady joined Access Payment Division in January 2021 as Head of Compliance, to lead and shape the future of oversight and compliance across the Division in response to a changing regulatory landscape.
Caroline brings a rich capability and knowledge of the financial industry, with over 25 years working across 3 major banks - NatWest, TSB and Lloyds - in a range of senior roles, heading up functions including, Compliance, Business Delivery, Customer Strategy, Product Management & Change Management
Two years prior to joining Access, Caroline worked as a Consultant for Fintech, Eazy Collect Services Ltd, developing and leading their Compliance and Risk function.
Caroline has a BSc Hons in Psychology from University College London, lives in the Cotswolds, with her husband and 3 adorable crazy springer spaniels.
